  2. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
  3. Non-Refundable Items: Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, except in cases of product damage or defect. Customized or personalized product returns are also not eligible unless required by law.
  4. Refund Timeline: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. The full refund amount (excluding any shipping fees) will be credited back to your original payment account within the specified 5-10 business day period.
